Last Will and Testament of Francis Gammon, 18 September 1973
Narrative
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me FRANCIS GAMMON of 38 Durham Road, Kilsyth in the State of Victoria. Gentleman:
1.... 2. SHOULD my wife ISABELLA GAMMON survive me for one calender month ... I APPOINT her the sole Executrix of this my Will AND I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my real and personal estate to her absolutely.
3. SHOULD my said wife not so survive me.....I APPOINT my son EDWIN ALEXANDER GAMMON or 70 Durham Road, Kilsyth and my daughter FRANCES MARY TEMME of Lakes Entrance my Executors ...."my Trustees".
4. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my real and personal estate to my Trustees....UPON TRUST to be divided in equal shares between my said son and daughter......
